Presumpscot Property Management

Logo Design, 2021

The Presumpscot Property Management logo combines clean typography with a custom Portland, Maine skyline silhouette to connect the brand to the residential properties it manages throughout the city. A fresh shade of green nods to the pine trees that define Maine’s landscape.
